After School Classes Baringa –Holding deposits for Term Three 2022 can be paid below

My Baringa after school painting and drawing classes are very popular and are currently booked out for Term Two 2022.

You can register your interest for your child to attend my Term Three classes in 2022 with a HOLDING DEPOSIT of $85 which will be refunded if there are no available spots or there is not enough bookings to run these classes and will come off the term fess if there is an available spot.

Each week I will work with your child on different techniques and with different mediums, we will work with mediums such as pencil, coloured pencil, watercolours, acrylic, pastels, pen etc., and each week will have a different focus. I try to teach in a gentle and encouraging way that instils joy and happiness. There are so many benefits that come from attending my art classes including – improved art skills, improved confidence, improved hand and eye coordination, improved fine motor skills, improved patience and much more.

Over the term each child will collate a folder of work and they will also be given a visual diary to draw in when they have time.

All art materials are included for the term.

Every Term will be different and if you choose for your child to attend more than one term you will see their improvement term on term.

Ages from 6yrs to 13yrs – I like to have enough students to provide a social and supportive group as I believe this really helps each students work but also small enough classes to ensure lots of individual attention.

$35 per class – booked on a term basis

Nine week term = $315 per child – Term will start on Week One (Week Two excluded) and continue from Week Three for the remainder of the term.

Classes will be held on Monday afternoons 3.30pm to 5pm at the ‘Baringa Community Centre’ – parking for drop off and pick up is in the shopping centre across the road.

$85 holding deposit per child is payable to register your child’s interest in my Term three 2022 classes This deposit will then come off the total for term.

Balance left to pay = $230 per child – payable 3 weeks prior to the first class.

This is on a ‘FIRST COME’ basis so please do not delay in booking your child in with a ‘HOLDING DEPOSIT’ If there are no available spots you can choose to have your deposit held over for Term four 2022 availability or have it refunded in full.

Please Note: If there are NOT enough bookings to make this class viable I will refund your deposit in full.

I really believe that expanding my already popular Wurtulla ‘After School Art Classes’ to Baringa will be a great addition for the local community, but this cannot happen without your support, so please share with your friends and family.

Important information
Children have to be aged Prep to Year 6/7 to attend. Please note your child/children’s names and ages in the NOTES section when you book.
After school classes start at either 3:30 – 4:00pm and finish at 5-5:30pm depending on the class, please ensure you drop off 5 mins early and are ready to pick up your child at 5-5.30pm – depending on the class. Each class goes for 1.5 hours. Please ensure you arrive 5 mins early to allow for us to start on time. We may sometimes run a little overtime however you can wait in the foyer.
IMPORTANT: If your child is sick and cannot attend a class – you are welcome to arrange a make up class with me on one of the other days I run classes – please just email me – hello@cinderosser.com.au
PLEASE NOTE: The supplied Visual Diary must be brought to every class but can be taken home to draw or paint in between classes.

I do not offer refunds as a lot of time and expense goes into preparing for these classes. Also if your child is unwell please do not send your child to the class as it is unfair to everyone else.

If requested a makeup class will be offered at my Wurtulla studio on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, subject to availability, please get in touch to arrange.

(Deposit) A Deposit secures your child’s spot for the next term, if there are no available spots your deposit will be refunded or can be held over to the following term. Deposits are only refundable if there are no available spots for your child. Once you have paid your deposit you are committing to paying the balance of the term fees once they are due to complete your child’s booking

**In the unlikely event that I am unwell due to Covid or any other reason and cannot run the class, a video lesson will be provided in place of the class for every student and this can be accessed for up to 3 months after the class.

As there will possibly be a wide age group in these classes, I will work at a pace to suit the mid age group, giving individual assistance and guidance as needed. To get the most benefit out of these classes, it is important that your child wants to attend and can stay focussed for the 1.5 hour classes.

Lastly we will always have fun, as mentioned I pride myself on my gentle and encouraging teaching method, I love painting and I really love sharing this love with both children and adults.

I will sometimes use photos of your children whilst taking part in one of my classes to promote other classes and for other online marketing purposes. If you are not comfortable with this please advise me at the time of booking and also make your child aware so that during the class they know that they are not to be included in the photos.

COVID – in the case that there is an unavoidable Covid Lockdown – holiday or painting workshops will be rescheduled to a date in the future. At least (7) days’ notice will be given for any new date for a rescheduled classes. A lot of time, effort and expense goes into my events so no refunds can be offered as this situation is completely out my control.
I understand that the rescheduled date may not suit everyone but unfortunately I can only reschedule once. It is a lot of work for me to reschedule events as my calendar is worked well in advance.
In the case of ‘After School Classes’ (if there is a lockdown or if I am sick and cannot run the class or for any other covid related reason) I will create a video/s for home activities where necessary – these will be accessible for 2 months after the class to allow plenty of time to do the lesson.
