I do not offer refunds as a lot of time and expense goes into preparing for these classes. Also if your child is unwell please do not send your child to the class as it is unfair to everyone else.

As there will possibly be a wide age group in these classes, I will work at a pace to suit the mid age group, giving individual assistance and guidance as needed. To get the most benefit out of these classes, it is important that your child wants to attend and can stay focussed for the 1.5 hour classes.

If you book for the next available term with a ‘Holding Deposit’ and you are not offered a spot – you can either have the ‘Holding Deposit’ refunded or opt to roll it over to the next available term.

If you are offered a spot – the balance of the term fees MUST be paid in full (2) weeks prior to the start of the term.

If not paid you will forfeit any monies paid and your spot will have to be rebooked.

If you change your mind after paying the ‘Holding Deposit’ you will be refunded if you contact me within 24hrs of booking , otherwise unfortunately the ‘Holding Deposit’ will not be refunded as I will have to spend time and money marketing to rebook your child’s spot.

Lastly we will always have fun, as mentioned I pride myself on my gentle and encouraging teaching method, I love painting and I really love sharing this love with both children and adults.

I will sometimes use photos of your children whilst taking part in one of my classes to promote other classes and for other online marketing purposes. If you are not comfortable with this please advise me at the time of booking and also make your child aware so that during the class they know that they are not to be included in the photos.
